A country stays destination, offering 4 accommodation options from comfortable house to a stylish vintage caravan in the Kerang Lakes district. Located on a 100-acre property in country Victoria, 30 minutes drive from Swan Hill, 15 from Kerang. Close to water-sports facilities, fishing, birdwatching and an excellent retreat for writers or artists. A great place for families, small groups, couples and solos. Comfortable shared amenities with a swimming pool, spa and recreational equipment for the lake and surrounds.

The Lodge

The entire ground level of The Lodge, three comfortable bedrooms with access to a pool, spa, bar, entertainment area and the lake. Continental breakfast is provided and other home-cooked meals can be arranged. The Lodge level is exclusive to one booking at a time, weather you have booked one room or three rooms.

Florence

Designed with love and attention to detail, “Flo” boasts a large tub under the stars, a shower, verandah, and campfire area, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable stay. The cleverly built caravan features many cool details. Flo is a hidden gem on the property of Charm Lodge – your rustic country tiny homestay by Lake Charm.

With heating and cooling in the van, “Flo” is the perfect all-weather escape. And if you’re looking for something extra special, we can organise breakfast, champagne, or picnic packages to add an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

Cozy Dome

Nestled in the heart of nature, looking out to the Charm Lodge farm and star-filled skies. The Cozy Dome is a unique igloo-inspired dome designed for an enchanting and intimate experience. Perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a one-of-a-kind stay, this captivating dome provides an immersive escape into the great outdoors of the Kerang Lakes. Collect your supplies before arriving, and then switch off and relax when you get to Charm Lodge.

Inside the dome, you’ll find a carefully curated ambience featuring plush bedding, soft lighting, and a Persian-inspired interior. The semi-transparent facade of the dome allows stargazing opportunities, offering a romantic and tranquil atmosphere as you unwind and connect with the serene surroundings. Come and feed the animals or walk by the lake or farm.

A BBQ and hut ( with coffee and tea facilities and an eski for BYO ice) are next door, with a romantic pit fire in front. The toilet and shower are a 150m walk away. It’s an unplugged experience; however, a recharge point, lighting, and aircon for warmer days are available.

Tiny Charm

A cozy 155-square-foot tiny home — a private retreat surrounded by expansive gardens and lawns, an organic vegetable garden, neighbouring free-range poultry, and a fire pit to keep you warm on chilly nights.

Complete with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

My wife, my dog and I enjoyed our recent stay immensely at the lovely house hosted by Gaby and Lindsay. The house is well-designed and situated at a scenic location at Lake Charm. There are a lot of thoughtful touches around the house which complemented the stay. We had pancakes and omelette for breakfast which were delicious and beautifully presented. We would definitely recommend it to all our friends.

My partner and I visit a few times a year. We love how relaxed we feel, the lake, pool, outdoor activities in the area and peaceful country side. Since we first visited the bedrooms have been upgraded and redesigned, it looks great. Looking forward to the next stay at Charm Lodge.

Beautiful farm! Lots of things to see, including chicken, sheep and alpaca. A perfect place for a family stay, and kids absolutely loved it. Gaby was flexible to help us check-in and very kindly offered us some very nice breakfast. Highly recommend it to anyone who’s thinking of spending some time nearby.
